El Paso Disposal Supports the Communities We Serve

The El Paso area has grown over the years, and El Paso Disposal continues to grow with it and support community events and organizations that make El Paso a great place to live and work.

Supporting community growth is a key value of El Paso Disposal. We support the community through involvement in events and organizations, as well as by empowering employees to have positive interactions with our customers, other employees, and the community. Our vision for the future of El Paso is that our employees be a vibrant part of a successful, growing community.

That vision comes to life with El Paso Disposal employees. Our employees make up just a small number of the nearly 837,000 people in the region, but they are devoted to the community and live, work, and play in the communities El Paso Disposal serves. El Paso Disposal employees support and participate in youth sports, non-profit fund raising, environmental causes, business and development ventures, and much more.

El Paso Disposal has made a similar commitment to community and is deeply involved in local and regional community associations. Currently, El Paso Disposal supports community growth and involvement through active membership in:

  • Associated General Contractors - El Paso Chapter
  • El Paso Apartment Association
  • El Paso Association of Builders
  • El Paso Central Business Association
  • El Paso Hispanic Chamber of Commerce
  • El Paso Hotel and Motel Association
  • El Paso Restaurant Association
  • Greater El Paso Chamber of Commerce
  • Institute of Real Estate Management

El Paso Disposal’s community-minded operating values include safety, integrity, providing top notch customer service, and being a great place to work. Our vision for the future includes giving employees the tools and support they need to be active members of a growing, vibrant community.

We believe El Paso is a great place to live and work and will maintain a vision in which employees can embody a work hard, play harder culture and continue to contribute to our community.
