El Paso Disposal offers a choice of three medical plans – a High PPO plan, Low PPO plan, and the High-Deductible Health Plan (HDHP). The plans have the same network of providers and facilities and include preventive care coverage at 100%.
El Paso Disposal offers life and AD&D insurance coverage at no cost to the employee. In addition, employees may elect more coverage for themselves, their spouse, and/or their children.
El Paso Disposal offers a company-paid short-term disability benefit to replace a portion of the employee’s income when they are unable to work due to a non-work related injury or health condition. Additional short-term disability coverage can be purchased on top of the company-paid benefit.
